HIRING! ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

The Accounts Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, VAT filing, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial procedures and local regulations.

3.1 SKILLS

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles ,and UAE VAT regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft AX or Odoo is preferred ) and MS Office Application

3.2 EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Experience with AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and VAT filing.
  • Exposure to financial audits and working with external consultants is an advantage.

3.4 EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field(Semi- qualified Chartered Accountant)
Responsibilities

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

· Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations and handle bank-related transactions.
  • Support VAT calculations, filings, and payments in compliance with UAE VAT laws.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax documentation and liaise with external tax advisors when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Help prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards for internal reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors during audits by providing requested financial data.
  • Maintain proper documentation and recordkeeping for all accounting activities.
  • Assist with cash flow tracking and petty cash management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.
  • Maintaining & Reconcile vendors statement of accounts.
  • Prepare & Maintain accurate financial records including monthly profit & Loss statement.
