JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and present findings clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and inventory reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with financial regulations, and alignment with organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and summary reports to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct cost analysis and provide insights for financial planning and performance monitoring.
  • Track and analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective measures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, internal controls, and systems.
  • Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and computations, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
  • Handle the preparation of monthly and annual financial documents, as well as support yearly financial audits.
  • Develop and deliver financial presentation materials for management or external stakeholders as required.
  • Undertake other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor, supporting the overall objectives of the finance function.
