ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Account Executive will focus on promoting and selling memberships, courses, events, and qualifications. The role involves engaging with potential and existing members to highlight benefits and maximize commercial income.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Membership & Sales: Actively promote and sell memberships, courses, and events, providing clear information to support decision-making.
  • Member Engagement: Foster relationships with members to enhance loyalty and encourage participation in training and events.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase income streams and market reach.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with members, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct targeted campaigns, follow up on feedback, and promote membership benefits and events.
  • Administration: Support with bookings, invoicing, data management, and liaising with internal teams for seamless operations.
