Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Job Purpose: To Manage ABCOM’s Singapore and Overseas Offices Inventory Management, Data Entry, Monthly and yearly Depreciation, Assist in Internal and External Audit.

Documentation / Process

  • Inventory control, reporting and management.
  • Cash flow management
  • Treasury functions
  • Manage bank relationships
  • Input all Accounting Entries in TALLY Software.
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation for all bank Singapore and Overseas.
  • Monthly GST calculations, reconciliation and submission.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register, Monthly Depreciation and reconciliation.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation.
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Half Yearly and Yearly Management accounts on time and submit for the Management Review. For overseas operations.
  • Assist in Internal Audit of all the offices, on monthly, quarterly, and half yearly and yearly.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. Meticulous & Self motivated
  2. Positive team player & fast learner
  3. Good numerical & communication skills
  4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  5. Sound knowledge of Singapore Accounting System of FRS, IFRS

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Min. 5 years of experience in the Accounts functioning of a Trading company.
Knowledge of TALLY accounting software & Microsoft Office

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
