About Us:
THT is a fast growing FMCG business, specialising in ‘Better for you’ healthy treats in the Ice-Cream sector. The company was founded by Cass Spies, 14yrs ago and after several years in retail, found its purpose in serving a broader Australian and Global market by moving into wholesale and scaling rapidly. THT employs +70 FTE.

THT is based in Ingleburn and has invested in a state of the arm manufacturing facility. From this facility we manufacture amazing desserts from 100% Aussie Diary and serve the following clients, nationally.

• Independent retails e.g. IGA, Drakes,
• Food service industry – pubs, clubs, hospitals, etc

Role Overview:

The role will be ‘hands on’ and spans the following (non-exhaustive) functions.

• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Bookkeeping activities
• Payroll (weekly)
• ATO Submissions & reporting
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on credit/debit discrepancies
• Financial reporting relevant stakeholders – Weekly (internal) and Monthly, Quarterly, Annually (external – banks, shareholders)
• Liaison to THT Accountants for Tax and statutory reporting
• Understand the true profitability of each SKU
• Work with Sales and Marketing to optimise promotional spend and pricing
• Work with other departments to optimise financial performance – Supply-Chain, Production, Maintenance
• Develop and manage departmental marketing budgets ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners

Reporting to the CEO and part of the Senior leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a finance role; FMCG experience is a bonus
- Ability to manage people & work collaboratively– both internal and external providers
- Proven track record of working in finance/book keeping
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and outcome focused.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, with a strong focus on results and ROI.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, inventory & accounting systems (Xero and Unleashed)

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
