About the Role
We are a dynamic conveyancing law firm seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts & HR Executive to manage our financial operations and human resources functions. This role is crucial in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth HR processes to support the firm’s growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
- Generate invoices
- Handle daily financial operations, including client payments, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- asssit our external accountant for the monthly and annual financial reports, GST filings
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Oversee HR compliance related to MOM, CPF, and IRAS, including work pass applications/renewals, and statutory leave entitlements.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, performance appraisals, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Review and update HR policies to align with legal industry requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in legal accounting or conveyancing finance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Knowledge of MOM, CPF, IRAS, and legal accounting regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
