Description

Job Title: Accounts & Logistics Executive
Location: Oud Metha, Dubai (office 1-min walk from metro station)
Employment Type: Full-time (with flexibility based on workload)
Experience Level: Junior (experience with accounting and/or logistics is preferred)
Key Responsibilities Accounts Support
*Record and track day-to-day transactions in Zoho Books
*Manage invoicing and payment receipts
*Track and manage collectibles; send timely payment reminders for outstanding amounts
*Monitor receivables and payables to ensure timely follow-up
*Liaise with our external accounting firm for VAT filings, Financial statements, Balance sheets and audits
*Organize and maintain financial records for internal and external use
Logistics & Procurement
*Procure materials locally and internationally
*Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and couriers
*Track orders and manage shipping timelines
*Ensure customs and compliance documentation is complete
*Maintain records of purchases, shipments, and inventory
Skills & Qualifications
*Basic understanding of bookkeeping and procurement
*Strong communication and coordination skills
*Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
*1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
*Experience with Zoho Books is preferred
