Description

The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making to support business growth of our distribution business, manufacturing unit and facilities management company in Qatar. Must have a strong knowledge of IFRS, Qatar tax laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls for both entities. Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with Qatar regulatory requirements (Taxation and IFRS). Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage working capital, banking relationships, and cash flow optimization. Cost & Profitability Analysis: Monitor cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability of manufacturing and distribution operations. Internal Controls: Establish strong financial policies, controls, and risk management practices. Business Strategy: Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred). 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in distribution and manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of IFRS, Qatar tax laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Apply Now!
