JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting manager to join our dynamic accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate taxes, assurance, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting. The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in financial statement preparation, Corporate tax returns, review and audit engagement and mentoring staff members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in public accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software (QuickBooks, Tax Prep, Caseware, Xero).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed financial analysis and account analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and mentoring junior staff members.

  Pay: $70,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

• Compilation, review and audit engagements; for-profit and not-for-profit.
• Corporate tax returns and personal tax returns.
• Manage client relationships and advise them on their personal and corporate

matters.

• Mentor junior accountants and provide training on best practices in accounting principles and software usage (QuickBooks, Caseware, Tax Prep).
• Conduct audits and assist with regulatory reporting as required by external agencies.
