QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in account management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the home building industry and construction processes
• Proficiency in project management software
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Milestone Developments in South Ayrshire. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing all in-house accounts, including Sage payroll, Eque2, management accounts, year-end, and CIS returns. See below :

• Utility invoices
• Statement reconciliations
• Sage 50 forecasting
• Monthly management accounts
• Yearend accounts
• Processing year-end adjustments
• Liaising with external auditors
• Management reports
• Distributing post
• Petty cash
• Government gateway - multiple companies
• Reconciliation of inter-company balances
