Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters. * Develop project communication processes. * Review ongoing sales support needed. * Coordinate resources to deliver customer solutions. * Ensure all projects and service delivered are within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints. * Ensure resource availability and allocation. * Foster relationships with customers enabling future account sales. * Assist with aging invoices over 30 days. * Complete monthly and quarterly business review needs for internal stakeholders and customer review. * Review work in process orders and assist team in pushing installs to completion. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience in a Major Account customer-facing role. * Excellent project planning and scheduling skills. * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. * Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products, Smartsheet, etc. * Ability to travel.
