ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Manager to take full responsibility for the financial administration of the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position and enjoys working in a small business environment where they can really make a difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
• Make and receive payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Chase outstanding debts and communicate with debtors professionally
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations
• Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
• Generate financial reports as required by the management team
• Assist with general administrative duties to support the day-to-day running of the business
• Work closely with management and external accountants when needed
