Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our Umm Al Quwain branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and leading the accounting team to achieve organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in a similar role, ideally in real estate or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems/ERP and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, VAT regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors for smooth and timely audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and provide financial insights to senior management.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
