REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CA/ACCA qualification is a plus).
• 10 to 12 years of accounting experience, with at least 10 years in the construction industry (civil & infrastructure projects preferred).
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting, cost control, and construction finance.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
