Description

MICROSOFT OFFICE / EXCEL KNOWLEDGE A MUST.

Assist in various office administrative duties such as:
. Produce site health & safety documents / RAMS (Full training will be given)
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Maintain customer contact lists
· Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, email’s and forms
· Order office supplies
· Book travel arrangements
· Provide information by answering questions and requests
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
· Maintain computer and manual filing systems
· Reply to email, telephone enquiries
· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
· Resolve administrative problems
· Receive, sort and distribute the mail
· Greet and assist visitors to the office
· Hours of work to be discussed to suit
· Salary dependent on age and experience.
. Job Types: Part -Time hours to be discussed 20 hour week
Annual Salary: £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 pro rata
Holidays: 21 Days plus Statuary

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounts or finance department.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
  • Experience with data entry and clerical work is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and practices, along with a keen eye for detail.
