REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a busy office in an Administrative Capacity.
  • Proficient in PC use and programmes. In particular: INTACT Software, Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Good communication skills with a personable approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

The role will be varied and extensive, dealing with administrative work, answering calls and emails. The role is for 3 days week initially. Duties (but not limited to) include:

  • Document control
  • Maintaining debtors and creditors ledgers’ as prelude to daily processing of purchase ledger invoices and credit notes etc.
  • Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements.
  • Posting of debtor receipts.
  • Communication to management and dealing with queries.
  • Work as part of a team and support other staff by giving general assistance.
  • Other general duties that may arise from time to time.
