JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Administrator to join us IMMEDIATELY. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various software applications. The Account Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks
  • Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain customer/sales ledger accounts.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Gmail for data management, and communication
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required
  • Provide clerical support including typing correspondence and maintaining filing systems
  • MUST be fully conversant with SAGE 50 accounting/Sage Payroll and CIS online submission.
