ABOUT THE POSITION:
Accounts and Office Administrator required for a part time position. The Ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification/experience and/or willingness to learn and work hard. The candidate will work closely with all levels of senior management across many business areas, such as Accountancy, Prequalification and Tender Stage Administration, and General Office Administration. You will work closely with a skilled team and become an integral part of our growing company.
· Accounts Payable.
· Supplier invoicing and delivery docket matching.
· Posting purchase invoices.
· Monthly close-off and reconciliation of Creditors Accounts.
· Keeping stationery, canteen and general office supply stocks and ordering supplies as and when required.
· Assistance to the Senior Management Team.
· Adhoc duties as required.
· Advise high-level Management on any issues that may arise.
