  • Experience with Reckon Accounts / ConnectWise PSA or a strong willingness to learn

  • A high level of attention to detail, with a proactive and can-do attitude

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer/Administration Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team on a Full-Time basis 38 hour per week. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, preparing client quotes, general administration, answering client enquiries via phone and email.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting clients and professionally handling incoming phone enquiries
  • Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices and account statements
  • Conduct timely follow-ups on outstanding payments through effective debt collection practices
  • Assist with preparing client quotations and coordinating the purchasing of goods
  • Assist with ordering and managing Microsoft 365 licensing
  • Receiving incoming freight and organising the timely dispatch of goods to clients
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting the Office Manager and internal team with ad hoc tasks
