What you will be doing

  • Manage customer orders in collaboration with the Sales Team and international colleagues
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable processes
  • Maintain and reconcile Revenue/Cost of Sales schedules
  • Generate variable recurring revenue reports
  • Perform month-end processes within strict deadlines
  • Support ad hoc invoicing needs (e.g. customer events)
  • Manage costs and process expense recharge invoices for customer onsite support
  • Provide backup support for other accounts staff during leave
  • Ensure compliance with global processes and procedure
