The purpose of this role is to undertake and maintain a high level of accurate volume processing for all facets of the Business Payments team. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and conduct the day-to-day processing of invoices. This is a national role, supporting multiple business units across the company

Accounts Payable Tasks

  • Processing of invoices, staff expenses and other associated payments.
  • Timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment run
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Processing underwriter payment; claims and spotter payments
  • Assist the wider finance team with various duties where required
  • Supporting the central finance team with banking and creditor payment queries

Evolution Tasks

  • Allocation of credit and debit invoices
  • Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds
  • Support the Weekly processing of underwriter payments.
  • Support the Monthly processing of Subagent payments.
  • Management of Internal funds transfer
