As an Accounts Officer - Invoice Data Entry, you will play a key role with high volume Accounts Payable data entry supporting My Plan Support team. This exciting opportunity requires high level detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance team. The primary focus of this position is to ensure accurate and efficient data entry in timely manner entering invoices for NDIS participants. You will be able to work Hybrid with 2 days in the Office and 3 days at your home office which may vary due to Business requirements. Your training will be in the first 2 weeks with full time in the office then Hybrid. Key Responsibilities: · High volume Accounts Payable data entry · Working to support the Plan Administration team entering invoices for NDIS participants. · High level detail focus required · Assist and support Finance Manager, team leader and other team members with any adhoc work as needed. · Complete all tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with MMSG’s compliance obligations. What We’re Looking For: · Professional, clear and articulate communication with internal and external stakeholders · Strong attention to detail and accuracy with demonstrated experience in payable, ideally within a financial services environment · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships · Ability to interpret numerical data and complex information to complete required tasks · Proven ability in problem solving and proactive questioning to confirm understanding · Excellent time management skills in particular the ability to effectively manage a pipeline of activity. · The desire to work in a team environment towards common goals, contribute to the team and communicate in an appropriate manner · Intermediate knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook and MS-Teams If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume finance environment, we’d love to hear from you.
