About the role

Zizzo Insulation is a proud family-owned and operated business based in Park Ridge. As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a full time, experienced Accounts Officer to join our friendly and supportive team and help with the day-to-day accounting operations of the business.

As Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounts, from invoicing and accounts payable to financial reporting and reconciliations.

What you'll be doing

• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor invoices and customer payments
• Reconciling bank statements
• Preparation and maintenance of credit applications
• Purchase orders for both stock and sub-contractors
• Debtor management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Payroll & Superannuation
• BAS and PAYG Lodgment

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Accounts role
• A keen eye for detail
• Well organised, reliable, and process driven
• Proficient in the use of Xero
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable
