Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team who will be responsible for supporting financial operations, assisting with bookkeeping, VAT filing and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Bookkeeping: Handle bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
• Invoice Processing: Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and compliance
• VAT Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with VAT and payroll processing, ensuring timely statutory filings and full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements
• Audits: Support external audits by preparing accurate financial records, reconciliations, and audit schedules

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge: Understanding of UAE taxation regulations and accounting standards
• UAE work experience in Interior/ Construction Industry is an advantage
