Your tasks

You coordinate and process accounts payable, taking into account legal and internal requirements.
You independently record, post, and cancel supplier invoices and payment orders.
You keep track of pre-booked, overdue creditors and ensure timely processing.
You will support the accounts receivable team as needed. You will reliably process and monitor bank accounts.
You maintain master data in SAP and perform manual sales entries including checksums.
You carefully reconcile general ledger accounts, clearing accounts and bank accounts and prepare the corresponding reports.
Furthermore, you actively contribute to the optimization of financial processes and cross-departmental workflows.

Your skills

You have completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d).
You already have at least two years of professional experience in accounts payable.
You are certainly familiar with payment transactions and the associated legal requirements.
Basic English skills, both spoken and written, are an advantage.
You work routinely and confidently with SAP and the common IT applications.
You are characterized by a structured, conscientious and independent work style.
Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality round off your profile.
