Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and accounts payable transactions.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents before processing payments.
• Prepare supplier payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier accounts and reconcile outstanding balances.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on pending invoices.
• Process petty cash, expenses, and related accounting entries.
• Coordinate with purchasing, branches, and suppliers regarding invoice and payment issues.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare required reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all payable-related transactions.
• Follow company policies and accounting procedures.
• Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
