With locations in Las Vegas and Nashville, the company blends bold cocktails, themed environments, and playful competition to create memorable guest experiences. We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable / Accountant to support our Finance Department and ensure accurate financial operations and consistent AP processes across our Nashville and Las Vegas venues. About the Role This role is based in Nashville and plays a key part in maintaining accurate books, supporting high‑volume operations, and ensuring timely financial processes across both the Nashville and Las Vegas locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily AP operations for the Nashville and Las Vegas venues. Work with venue managers and department leads to ensure invoices, receipts, and financial documentation are submitted accurately and on time. Maintain consistent AP workflows that align with company standards. Identify and resolve discrepancies, delays, and process gaps. Ensure AP procedures comply with venue‑specific vendor documentation and reporting requirements. Manage vendor documentation for both Nashville and Las Vegas. Perform AP/AR processing and three‑way matching when needed. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support month‑end close. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date financial records within QuickBooks or similar systems. Create monthly financial reporting packages for the CFO and Management. Partner with leaders in F&B, Retail, Operations, and Experience to analyze performance drivers. Support integration and maintenance of accounting, POS, inventory, and ticketing systems. Ensure alignment with GAAP, internal controls, and documentation standards. Support onboarding and setup for new venue expansions. Qualifications Required 2–5+ years of accounting or blended finance experience; hospitality multi‑location experience a plus. Experience handling high‑volume transactions and multiple revenue streams. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar platforms. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations). Clear, effective communication skills. Strong organization, detail orientation, and follow‑ Integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Experience supporting multi‑location operations Preferred Experience in hospitality, attractions, entertainment, or high‑volume retail/F&B. Experience implementing/optimizing accounting or operational systems. CPA‑eligible or working toward accounting credentials. Licenses & Certifications None required; CPA or bookkeeping coursework is a plus.
