QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of full-cycle AP experience
  • Strong problem solving, research and resolution, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • high degree of accuracy in working with large amounts of data
  • Must assume responsibility for the timeliness of work completion and perform to meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Reconcile vendor and credit cards accounts as part of the month-end closing process
  • Supports the monthly close process by maintaining accurate account reconciliations
  • Receive, process, and reconcile statements.
  • Maintains and reconciles assigned accounts, potentially including pre-paids and other assets as well as accruals and other liabilities.
  • Assist in processing payroll and maintaining payroll updates, deductions, and records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to standardize and document policies & procedures
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to results expected. Determines and develops approaches to solutions.
  • Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
