As an Accounts Payable/Collection Specialist, your key duties will include: · Setting up new vendors · Reconciling monthly receivables · Tracking and researching outstanding claims · Collections on outstanding invoices · Processing timely vendor payable check runs Requirements Primary Responsibilities: · Collect outstanding receivables · Customers account reconciliation · Obtain and track credit memos to ensure they are correct and processed in a timely manner. · Track and research outstanding claims · Process on-time payments to our vendors · Perform other duties as assigned · Balance 1099’s Qualifications and Requirements: · Minimum of 4-6 years of accounts payable experience required · Must have a strong background in collections · Must have QuickBooks experience · Microsoft Office knowledge · Strong problem-solving skills · Be attentive to the details, as our attention to detail separates us from our competition · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work independently and with a team · Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment · Be able to overcome challenges while staying positive, friendly, and helpful · Be a high school or college graduate, and willing to learn Benefits Offered: · Medical, Dental, Vision, GAP, Accident, Cancer, Short Term Disability, etc. · Company paid HRA for $1,000 towards medical deductible · Company paid $25,000 Life Insurance Policy · Company paid Teledoc service · 2 paid Sick days per year · 40 hours PTO first year (80 hours 2nd year) Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (on-site)
