GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

The AP/AR Lead plays a key role in supporting financial operations by managing accounts payable and receivable processes. This position helps ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions while maintaining company policies and procedures.

• Assist with AP and AR tasks, including invoice processing and payment coordination
• Maintain financial records and reconcile statements
• Handle vendor communications and resolve discrepancies
• Process accounts receivable transactions and follow up on outstanding balances
• Provide support for accounting-related projects and initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
