Millis Development & Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable AP/AR Specialist to join our team at our office located in Missouri City, TX.
Position Summary
The AP/AR Specialist will support our accounting team in managing the day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely vendor payments, proper billing procedures, and effective cash flow management. Experience in construction accounting and familiarity with Acumatica ERP software is highly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in accounting
• 3+ years of AP/AR experience, preferably in a construction or project-based industry.
• Experience with Acumatica ERP (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
