JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AR/AP Specialist & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This dual-role position plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records while also serving as a key point of contact for customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, performing account reconciliations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Strong organizational skills, accounting software proficiency, and a professional approach to client communication are essential for success in this role.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in an AR/AP and CSR hybrid role or similar financial position.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Ceridian, ADP, or PeopleSoft.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with payroll systems like Ceridian is considered an asset.
• Strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution and effective communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Minimum 1 year working in Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable or similar role.

  Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 42.5 per week
