We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our team and work alongside our Finance Director. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in finance while being part of a dynamic and growing business.

Your Role:

  • Handle the processing of Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and statements regularly.
  • Investigate any discrepancies or issues with supplier invoices and resolve them promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Director on general finance-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with accounting software like SAP B1 or a similar platform.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with other IT tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable or other financial administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
