Description

Are you a detail-driven professional with a flair for organization and a passion for creating seamless financial operations? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings more than just numbers to the table.
d3h Hotels manages 13 hotels in Saskatchewan and Alberta under the brands of Days Inn and Home Hotels (our own in-house created brand). You may not realize it, but you’ve probably stayed in a d3h property over our last 26 years in operation. Since the beginning, we have had a strong belief that if we take care of our people, they will in turn take care of our guests. This rings true all these years later. Our culture is centered around sharing Authentic Prairie Hospitality with our guests and each other. This means conducting all business with integrity, moving together towards a common goal, having a strong work ethic, a shared value & respect for all people, and continuing to push the boundaries of possibility through growth. We are not your typical hotel company.
Your background might span finance, hospitality, administration—or something entirely unique. What matters most is your ability to think creatively, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities with confidence and care. You bring a proactive mindset, a love for process improvement, and a genuine interest in ensuring accuracy and taking pride in the work you do. You want to advance your career by joining one of Canada’s top performing hotel management companies.
The Position:
As a Full Time (40 hours/week) key member of the accounting team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable entry and processing of invoices
Inter-company reconciliation and invoicing
Maintaining Vendor relationships
Participation in fiscal year-end and external audits
Application of Provincial/Federal tax legislation, ensuring compliance
Administrative duties as required
Opportunity for future growth and advancement in full cycle accounting

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary accounting diploma/degree from Saskatchewan Polytechnic or other recognized Institution
Minimum 2 years of large-scale A/P entry or full cycle accounting experience
Proven communication skills with the ability to convey information to a varied user base
Organizational skills with the ability to achieve goals and prioritize key responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines
Solid working knowledge of GAAP and relevant tax regulations
Attention to detail ensuring consistent quality results
Proficient computer skills with SAGE 300 or equivalent ERP experience required
