Make impact as Accounts Payable Specialist As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Damen, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions. You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team that values precision, ownership, and continuous improvement. Your contribution: 🔹 Process with precision Handle purchase invoices and travel & expense reports (MXP) Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records Reconcile accounts in a timely manner to prevent open balances 🔹 Communicate and coordinate Manage the AP mailbox and respond to vendor correspondence Build strong relationships with the Purchasing department and other stakeholders Participate actively in team meetings 🔹 Ensure compliance and quality Perform AP closing tasks with care and consistency Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies Uphold Damen’s Code of Conduct and standard operating procedures Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
