JOB SUMMARY:

Gold Equity is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable & Office Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable while also supporting day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and able to multitask in a dynamic office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or office administration.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Duties:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and process payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Office Administration Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth running of daily operations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support HR and finance teams with onboarding, documentation, and reporting.
