We’re looking for a smart, curious and driven Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential for extend. This role is all about problem solving, learning fast and getting stuck in. If you enjoy figuring things out, working with data and systems, and want to build (or broaden) your finance experience, this could be a great opportunity. What you’ll be doing Supporting the Accounts Payable function with day-to-day invoice processing and administration Working with Excel-based reports (lookups, calculations, data manipulation) Helping resolve invoice and supplier queries by digging into the detail Supporting payment runs, reconciliations and general AP workflows Getting involved in process improvements and projects as they come up About the team You’ll be part of a small, experienced AP team with a mix of long tenured system experts and newer team members who’ve picked things up quickly. The team is supportive, knowledgeable and happy to share what they know, but they also value people who can think for themselves and take initiative. What matters most is that you’re smart, capable, and keen to do the work.
