Description
Are you energized by solving problems, improving processes, and driving meaningful change? We’re looking for a forward-thinking Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Accounting team.   This isn’t your typical AP role - it’s an opportunity to be a change agent in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your ideas and initiative help shape the future of how we do business. If you like to work hard, thrive in a team that moves fast, and feel energized by making a real difference, this is the role for you.   You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our corporate payables while also helping modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement across the AP function.   WHAT YOU WILL DO – ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute and review corporate accounts payable transactions with speed, accuracy, and ownership. * Proactively identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to recommend and implement improvements. * Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and support month-end close activities. * Respond to inquiries from branch controllers and cross-functional teams with a problem-solving mindset. * Manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Take initiative on special projects, automation efforts, and tool enhancements that drive operational excellence. * Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external business partners - delivering top-tier customer service. Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. * Experience: 2+ years in accounts payable or corporate accounting (multi-entity environment a plus). * Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in proper accounting principles (US GAAP). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Outlook, alpha-numeric data entry; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI strongly preferred.  WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT: * You’re not just processing invoices - you’re thinking ahead, spotting trends, and driving improvements. * You thrive in fast-moving environments and have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the confidence to challenge the status quo. * You’re a strong communicator who can partner across teams and influence positive change. * You’re proactive, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering excellence every day. WHY JOIN ASSOCIA: This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to work hard, elevate their accounting career and make a real impact. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration - where your ideas are heard, your growth is supported, and your work truly matters.
