We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable Analyst– Porto (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team in Porto! If you have a keen eye for accuracy, strong analytical skills, and experience managing AP processes, we’d love to hear from you.
Review and maintain Accounts Payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and analyze weekly AP reports for financial tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP transactions.
Manage the AP inbox, responding to inquiries efficiently.
Perform quarterly reconciliations with key suppliers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve AP-related issues proactively.
Administer AP software, manage user access, and maintain approval workflows.
Oversee company credit card management, ensuring proper documentation and investigating missing receipts.
Review, verify, and authorize payment runs as needed.
Conduct regular balance sheet reviews to maintain financial accuracy and control.
Perform margin analysis and investigate variances to budget.
Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and maintain accurate documentation for all AP transactions.
Provide insightful analysis and reports on supplier performance and AP aging.
