EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

• Good experience of working within an accounts payable department for a multi-national organisation (or experience in AR/Finance role)
• Must have had experience of Understanding PO’s to be able to investigate the Enquiries before responding.
• Experience in completing the Monthly reconciliation (Advance, Concur, GRIR, AP Ageing, Debit Balance)
• Processing invoices in various currencies
• Knowledge of SAP and Strong IT/Computer literate skills and Intermediate-advanced MS Excel skills

With a focus on professionalism and responsiveness, the position ensures timely issue resolution and clear communication. In addition to managing monthly account reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency, the role actively supports the Accounts Payable Associate Manager in day-to-day operations and contributes to continuous process improvement.
