Description
Review and verify invoices and check requests Match invoices to purchase orders and/or receipts Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system Track expenses and process expense reports Prepare and perform check runs, electronic payments, and wire transfers Reconcile accounts payable transactions Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries Assist with month-end closing and reporting Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports Assist with audits, including providing necessary documentation At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people. Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Analyst will review and verify invoices, match them to purchase orders, and enter them into the accounting system. Additional responsibilities include tracking expenses, preparing check runs, and assisting with month-end closing and audits.
