You will be working for Global Supplier Services (GSS) which brings together Sourcing, Third Party Oversight, Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable into one team. You will be a part of the group of nearly 800 employees (in 11 countries) manages the source to pay processes for JPMorgan Chase and provides a governance model which includes strong risk management practices, enhanced performance monitoring, greater scale and strong client engagement. This operations analyst role within Payment Operations is intended to support Philippine legal entities and you will be responsible for processing accounting/tax documents, managing operational reference data and liaising with internal customers within the organization as well as external customers outside the organization. Job responsibilities Perform a daily basis, processing of accounting/tax documents Ensuring payments/processing are made in a timely manner and any delays are promptly investigated Managing vendor's and internal stakeholders’ enquiries Partner with the relevant line of business stakeholders in resolving any issues Support other operational teams who consume data provided by the core operations team & liaise with them to ensure there are no upstream or downstream issues with the transactions. Participate in a culture of continuous improvement with focus on improving processes & delivery efficiency as well as a world class customer experience Participate in working groups supporting strategic platform changes. Research, analyze and resolve any reconciliations needed. Develop strategies to increase cost savings and efficiencies. Lead and/or assist in various projects as needed Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Self-directed and motivated with attention to details. Precise execution of assignments Analytical & problem solving skills. Must be able to effectively prioritize and multi task Good understanding of Payment Operations processes and the Philippine taxation such as VAT and Expanded Withholding Tax reporting Written and verbal communications skills Ability to interact with both JPMC employees and external vendors Good time management and prioritization skills. Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards Good MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of Payment Operations applications would be an advantage (SAP, Ariba, Concur) Degree or significant previous equivalent work experience is preferred.
