Description

RGM Holdings Ltd., a growing Company in the Forestry Sector is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable and Administrative duties for our office in Cranbrook, BC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will bring the following experience and expertise:
· 5 plus years of relevant office experience
· A business diploma is considered an asset, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
· Working knowledge with Sage 300 accounting software an asset however must have Sage 50 knowledge
· Proficient user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
· Strong data entry skills and attention to detail is required.
· Ability to reliably commute to our office daily.

Responsibilities

· Perform duties including:
o Accounts Payable for the RGM Group of Companies
o Manage reconciliations for Pension, Benefit Program, WCB remittance & BC Health Tax
o Filing – maintain organized files both paper and electronic.
o Other office duties as assigned.
· Provide support to the Office Manager and CFO as required.
