Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

at  Hyde Brothers Farm Equipment Limited

Candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Duties will include but not limited to, answering the telephone and direct the caller to the appropriate department. greeting customers when entering the store. Being professional and understanding confidentiality. Ability to be a self starter, and to be part of a team .
Duties include but not limited to :
Reception
Accounts Payable - posting journal entry and cheque run
Accounts Receivable from incoming customer payments
Administration for the sales, parts and service departments.
Banking Deposits.
Daily Mail.
Updating website and social media platforms, as well as update new and used equipment on-line advertising portals. Keeping them up-to-date.
Knowledge of Word, and Excel are an asset.
Knowledge of Agricultural Business Software an Asset - Point of Sale, data entry.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $800.00-$900.00 per week
