Job Title – Accounts Payable (AP) AccountantDuration – 12 months extendable contract roleSalary – AED 6500Work Location – Dubai

Mandatory – Must have experience in Accounts Payable only. Payment Processing, Invoice Processing, GL Auditing

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing and payments.
• Perform invoice verification and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate AP records and resolve supplier discrepancies.
• Prepare payment schedules and support monthly closing and accruals.
• Assist with UAE VAT compliance and audit requirements.
• Prepare AP aging and other finance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.

• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of AP/accounting experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and good Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
