About the role:

As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our Finance team, helping to keep our accounts payable processes running smoothly and efficiently. In this varied role, you'll manage Finance shared mailboxes, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Working closely with colleagues across the business and external suppliers, you'll resolve invoice queries and help ensure payments are processed on time.

Beyond day-to-day invoice processing, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of finance activities, including handling proforma and intercompany invoices, supporting month-end processes, and assisting with the onboarding of new suppliers by validating supplier information.

  • This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering accurate work, and has strong communication and organisational skills. You'll play a key role in supporting the wider Finance function while developing valuable experience across multiple areas of accounts payable.
