ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT WITH STRONG PURCHASE LEDGER KNOWLEDGE?

I’m currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide support for a finance team, working for a company in Bristol. You’ll be required to sustain the full accounts payable function, provide bookkeeping support in order to maintain efficient running of the Finance Department.

MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A KNOWLEDGEABLE ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT TO JOIN THEM ON A FULL TIME BASIS WITH HYBRID WORKING.

Duties include:

  • Input purchase orders and invoices into the accounting system.
  • Supplier statements reconciliation
  • Weekly payment preparation
  • Frist contact for all purchase ledger enquiries.
  • Raising intercompany sales invoices
  • Assisting with monthly banc reconciliation

You’ll have:

  • Proactive, motivated and team based approached to work.
  • Previous experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong Excel skills
