Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant for our oil service company client who have a heavy focus on renewable energy. This role would be considered on a full time or part time basis. This is temporary position and will be based from our client’s office in Bridge of Don and should last for an initial period of 6 months, with possibility of further extension.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Accounts Payable Assistant will report to the AP/AR Supervisor and will be responsible for all aspects of invoice processing and supplier master data management. Duties will include:
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to use initiative and have excellent communication skills. Candidates with experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply. Experience using IFS would be beneficial but is not required.
