Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Night Shift (12:00am to 9:00am) Work Arrangement: Hybrid This role will begin with full onsite work during onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Role Overview The Accounts Payable Assistant / Specialist supports the day-to-day accounts payable operations and assists the accounting team with accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and documentation Assist with invoice matching, payment preparation, and reconciliations Maintain accurate and organized financial records Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies Assist with basic accounting and financial analysis tasks as needed Candidate Profile & Skills Basic understanding of accounting principles Exposure to U.S. accounting practices is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Patient, resourceful, and detail-oriented working style Ability to support accounting and financial analysis tasks Willingness to learn and adapt in a structured accounting environment Location Taguig City, Metro Manila (Hybrid) Department BPO Employment Type Probationary Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation 27,000 - 35,000
