JOB DESCRIPTION

The Accounts Payable Assistant duties will include:

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments in line with company policies.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and liaising with suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain an organised system for accounts payable documentation.
  • Support month-end closing activities by providing required data and reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable inbox and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts payable process.
